All of our Therapists, whatever their discipline, share the same vision – to help others and to “make a difference”.

At The Wellness and Holistic Centre we have a caring and dedicated team of fully qualified Professionals to look after you. Whatever treatment or therapy you choose, we are confident that you will feel safe and looked after.

Treatment Choice

We will be happy to advise you on the best treatments for you and answer any queries you may have. Please do not hesitate to telephone our reception or call in and talk through your treatment or product choices. Please help us by telling the receptionist at the time of booking if you have any allergies or injuries, as this may make the treatment you have chosen unsuitable, or if you think that you may be pregnant. A patch test is compulsory 24 hours prior to a tinting treatment.

Hours of Opening

Monday – Thursday 8.00 am – 9.30 pm

Friday 8.00 am – 7.00 pm

Saturday 8.30 am – 6.00 pm

Sunday Closed

Booking

Bookings may be made at The Wellness and Holistic Centre reception in person, or by telephone on 01202 525255.

Open to both members and non members of The West Hants Club.

Please note any treatments or therapies to the value of £50 or over will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

There is ample free parking.

Arrival

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment time to allow yourself to unwind, change (if appropriate) and be ready for your treatment. On your first visit we will ask you to fill out a health questionnaire. Robes and slippers are provided if you wish to use them.

If you are running late for an appointment, a courtesy call would be greatly appreciated. Please note that late appointments may not be honoured.

We kindly request that mobile phones are not used in the reception area or the treatment rooms, and that noise be kept to a minimum.

Payment

We ask that you make payment at the end of your treatment to the receptionist at The Wellness and Holistic Centre reception desk.

We accept cash, cheques (payable to The Wellness and Holistic Centre Ltd), and all major credit cards. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we operate a cancellation policy which requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment booked.

Gift Vouchers and Gift Boxes

Gift vouchers for treatments and retail products are available for purchase. Luxury gift boxes can be made up with products of your choice and vouchers can be tailored to suit your needs.

Doing our bit for the environment

All our towels and uniforms are made from certified 100% organic fair-trade cotton purchased from Liv (www.liv-uk.com).

We use organic cotton facial tissues and cotton wool pads.
